Face & Neck

Lather your Clean Bar between wet hands and massage evenly over your face and neck. For a deeper cleanse, sweep a damp cotton pad over your skin in gentle, circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water. Alternatively: Lather your Clean Bar directly onto a wet, finely woven cotton washcloth and massage your face and neck using gentle, circular motions.

Full Body

Lather your Clean Bar on a wet, finely woven cotton washcloth and glide over wet skin in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Beard Care

• Trim the excess: Guide an electric trimmer over your beard, reducing it to short stubble before introducing a razor.
• Prep and soften: Cleanse your face and neck. Press a warm, damp towel to your skin for several minutes to open your pores and soften facial hair.
• Lather and apply: Rub your Clean Bar between wet hands to create a rich lather and apply it evenly to your face and neck. For optimal results, follow with a silicone beard brush over the area to massage your skin and lift the hairs.
• Shave with the grain: Pull your skin taut with your free hand and glide the razor with short, gentle strokes in the direction of hair growth. Carefully move the razor along the natural contours of your cheeks, jaw, and neck to prevent razor burn and ingrown hairs.
• Rinse and soothe: Rinse with lukewarm water and press a cold, damp towel to your skin to close your pores. Finish with a nourishing, fragrance-free aftershave, moisturizer, or sunscreen—or any combination of the three tailored to your skin type.

Zero Waste

When your Clean Bar becomes too small to lather with ease, store it in a clean, dry linen, cotton, or sisal-mesh bag. Once you have collected several small pieces, use the textured pouch directly in the shower to cleanse and exfoliate. Alternatively: place the dry pieces into an exfoliating mitt to use while bathing until fully dissolved.
